BOOKING AN EVENT
A valid booking form and deposit are required to book an event with Pour Connection. If either is not received, Pour Connection reserves the right to release the date of event.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, Pour Connection requires notice (written) 14 days prior to the event.
INSURANCE
Pour Connection has full Public Liability Insurance. Copies of certificates are available upon request.
TRAVEL AND DELIVERY COSTS
Travel costs do apply to every event; please discuss with Pour Connection staff about the amount. These costs will be mentioned in the quote. Should the event be relocated after booking, the travel cost may increase.
CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS
If the number of guests originally quoted on is reduced then the quoted price may be become invalid, or be at a higher cost. All details in the above form & final payment are due 10 days prior to the event. After this date, reductions of guests are not permitted.
LOST OR BROKEN GLASSWARE AND EQUIPMENT
Any lost or broken glassware will be charged at $5 per glass, unless the glassware was broken by Pour Connection staff.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Pour Connection is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. It is illegal to serve alcohol to a person who is intoxicated or a person that is under the age of 21. Pour Connection reserves the right to refuse service to any such person. Pour Connection reserves the right to request valid age identification and to refuse service to a person who does not comply.
